ORDER

PER CURIAM

Before the court is appellee's amended motion for leave to assert cross-points in his opening brief. The motion requests not only to assert cross-points in the first brief appellee files, but also to permit appellant to address those cross-points and defend the points raised in her initial brief in a single brief. Appellant has not filed any response or otherwise indicated she is opposed to the motion. The motion is granted. Accordingly, and subject to motions to extend time being granted:

• Maggy Horgan shall file her appellant's brief on or before July 10, 2023, with a limit of 15,000 words.
• Within 30 days after Maggy Horgan's appellant's brief is filed, John Horgan shall file a brief that includes his response as appellee to Maggy Horgan's appellant's brief (limited to 15,000 words) together with his issues as cross-appellant (limited to 15,000 words).
• Within 30 days after John Horgan's combined brief is filed, Maggy Horgan shall file a brief that includes her appellant's arguments in reply (limited to 7,500 words) together with her cross-appellee's arguments (limited to 15,000 words).
• Within 20 days after Maggy Horgan's combined reply/cross-appellee's brief is filed, John Horgan shall file his reply brief as cross-appellant (limited to 7,500 words).
