This 6330(d) case is before the Court on the respondent's motion for continuance, filed November 9, 2023, and heard on December 6, 2023, when the case was recalled from the calendar for trial during the Jacksonville, Florida, trial session of the Court. Counsel for respondent appeared and argued in support of the motion. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner.
