Plaintiffs having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeals taken herein from a judgment and an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on September 30, 2011, and defendants-appellants having cross-moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Collins, Esq., sworn to April 23, 2012, the affidavit of Paul F. Jones, Esq., sworn to May 2, 2012, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiffs' motion is granted on the condition that plaintiffs' brief is filed and served on or before June 8, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that defendants-appellants' cross motion is granted on the condition that the reply brief, if any, is filed and served on or before July 9, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
