On October 7, 2021, the Court directed respondent, on or before October 28, 2021, to file a response and attach a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based.

On December 16, 2021, respondent filed a Motion For Leave To File Out of Time Response to Order respondent by 10/28/21 (motion), and lodged a Response to Order respondent by 10/28/21, shall file a Response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based. Petitioners do not object to the granting of this motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Leave to File Response to Order respondent by 10/28/21 is granted, and the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Response to Order respondent by 10/28/21, lodged December 16, 2021, as of the date of this Order.
