On May 20, 2024, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause. This Order to Show Cause erroneously referenced the unrelated case at Docket No. 3854-23 (which was therein written as "3854-23L"). The Court will accordingly vacate this Order to Show Cause and reissue it with the references corrected to petitioner's case at Docket No. 3854-23L.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause served May 20, 2024 (Docket Index No. 11), is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner's Response to Order to Show Cause, filed June 11, 2024, is recharacterized as petitioner's Letter.
