This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's June 13, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session. On May 6, 2022, petitioner filed a motion to proceed remotely. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to proceed remotely is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's June 13, 2022, Los Angeles, California trial session and continued for trial to the Court's standalone remote trial session beginning at 1:00 PM (ET)/10:00 AM (PT) on October 31, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the October 31, 2022, remote proceeding; and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's October 31, 2022, remote trial session.
