BY ORDER OF THE COURT.
As the federal bankruptcy court has dismissed the respondent's bankruptcy case, the bankruptcy stay is hereby lifted.
In the absence of a response from the petitioner to this court's September 2, 2015, order to show cause and in light of the settlement agreement reached by the parties and approved by the bankruptcy court, this petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed.
The respondent's motion to dismiss is denied as moot.
