In an action brought to foreclose a mortgage on real property, order granting the plaintiff's motion to strike out the separate defense contained in paragraphs III, IV and V of the defendants' amended answer, as insufficient in law upon the face thereof, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
