CONTEMPT, § 15failure to comply with order to turn over property to receiver. Under circumstances, held that defendant's commitment for contempt for failing to turn over certain property to receiver, as ordered by court, would be affirmed.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. HARRY FISHER, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the April term, 1944.
