We grant the petition for writ of habeas corpus and direct the Palm Beach County Sheriff to deliver petitioner, Samuel Holmes, forthwith before the assigned judge of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit or his alternate, to set reasonable bail. Petitioner shall have opportunity to be heard. See Gomez v. Hinckley, 473 So.2d 809 (Fla. 4th DCA 1985).
