Holmes v. Crawford Machine, Inc.
Crawford App. No. 3-11-12, 2011-Ohio-5741. This cause is pending before the court on the certification of a conflict by the Court of Appeals for Crawford County.
Upon consideration of the joint motion to realign the parties, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted and the parties are realigned as follows: Jeff Holmes is designated as the appellant, Crawford Machine is designated as the appellee, and the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation remains an appellee. Briefing shall proceed according to S.Ct.Prac.R. 6.2 through 6.4.
