On November 3, 2015, we consolidated appeals 04-15-00563-CV and 04-15-00564-CV into a single appeal: 04-15-00563-CV. On January 20, 2016, we issued an opinion and judgment that correctly listed the consolidated appeal number, 04-15-00563-CV, and two trial court cause numbers, 2014CV02437 and 2014CV02451. On March 28, 2016, we issued a mandate, but the mandate listed only a single trial court cause number, 2014CV02437. The mandate did not include trial court cause number 2014CV02451.
On March 30, 2016, Appellants Holly Ridge United Healthcare, P.A. and North Whiteville Urgent Care & Family Practice, P.A., moved this court to, in effect, recall our mandate and issue a mandate "in accordance with the judgment." See TEX. R. APP. P. 18.1, 18.7; O'Neil v. Mack Trucks, Inc., 551 S.W.2d 32, 32-33 (Tex. 1977) (per curiam).
Appellants' motion is GRANTED. We recall our March 28, 2016 mandate and direct the clerk of this court to issue a mandate "in accordance with the judgment" that includes both trial court cause numbers and taxes costs of court for both trial court causes. See TEX. R. APP. P. 18.1; O'Neil, 551 S.W.2d at 32-33. It is so ORDERED on April 4, 2016.
