AGREED ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR DEFENDANT,
STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, TO
DISCLOSE EXPERT WITNESSES AND SUBMIT EXPERT REPORTS
Counsel for the parties have agreed to extend the time within which Defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, may identify experts and submit expert reports in this action. Accordingly, the Court's Order of December 14, 2012 (Doc. 22) is amended to read as follows:
2. Defendant's request to extend the deadlines in the Court's scheduling order is also GRANTED, with new deadlines as follows:
a. Deadline for Defendant's disclosure of expert witnesses and submission of expert reports: May 1. 2013:The other dates set forth in the Court's Order of December 14, 2012 (Doc. 22) continue in force, and are unaffected by this Agreed Order.
