ORDER
By order dated April 27, 2018, the Court ordered Vielica Dobbins, Official Court Reporter for the 134th Judicial District Court, to file, by May 11, 2018, the reporter's record of five pretrial hearings. As of today's date, Ms. Dobbins has not complied.
Before the Court is appellant's May 14, 2018 fourth motion for additional orders regarding the reporter's record. In addition to seeking the records requested in this Court's April 27 order, appellant informs the Court that the exhibits admitted at trial were not included in the reporter's record of the trial. Also before the Court is Ms. Dobbins's request for an extension of time to comply with this Court's April 27 order. We GRANT appellant's motion and Ms. Dobbins's request as follows: We ORDER Ms. Dobbins to file, by 5:00 P.M. on MAY 25, 2018, (1) the reporter's records of the five pretrial hearings listed in this Court's April 27 order and (2) the exhibits admitted at trial. We expressly caution Ms. Dobbins that failure to file the reporter's records shall result in this Court taking appropriate actions to avoid further delay and to preserve the parties' rights which may include ordering Ms. Dobbins to not sit until the reporter's records in this case have been filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(a)(1).
Appellants' brief will be due WITHIN TWENTY DAYS after the above-listed records are filed. We expressly caution appellants that no further extension will be granted.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Dale Tillery, Presiding Judge of the 134th Judicial District Court, Ms. Dobbins, and all parties.
