Decided December 20, 1954. Rehearing denied February 7, 1955.

Plaintiff in error was found "guilty of forcible rape" by a jury, and sentenced to serve a term in the state penitentiary "for a period of not less than twenty-five years, nor more than life."

Error to the District Court of the City and County of Denver, Hon. Edward C. Day, Judge.
