On April 26, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case on the ground that petitioner had failed to submit the Court's $60.00 filing fee. On May 16, 2023, petitioner paid the Court's filing fee.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside.
