ORDER


After making the review required by 28 U.S.C. § 636(b), and upon lack of objection by the Defendant, the Court finds that the findings, conclusions and recommendation of Magistrate Judge Jeff Kaplan, filed October 26, 2001, are correct, and they are adopted as the findings and conclusions of the Court. Accordingly, DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO STAY AND MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER, filed August 10, 2001, is DENIED. Defendant is ORDERED to answer Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories and Plaintiff's First Request for Production within twenty days.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
