DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 10, 2020. Joint motion by the attorney for the children and the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the record is inadequate or to extend the time of the attorney for the children and the respondent to serve and file their respective briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is denied on condition that on or before July 23, 2021, the appellant serve a supplemental record containing the order to show cause dated May 11, 2020, and the papers filed in support of the order to show cause, including annexed exhibits; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time of the attorney for the children and the respondent to serve and file their respective briefs is granted and on or before August 23, 2021, the attorney for the children and the respondent and shall serve their respective briefs and upload digital copies of their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
