On October 18, 2022, petitioners filed a motion for reconsideration of the Court's Order served October 12, 2022, denying petitioners' motion for jury trial and motion for oral argument. We will direct the Commissioner to file a response to the motion for reconsideration. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before November 10, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a response to petitioners' motion for reconsideration.
