This case is before the Court on the August 18, 2022, motion of petitioners, Herbert and Bonita Hirsch, for oral argument on their (1) motion to partially invalidate IRS Notice 2007-19 and (2) jury trial demand. The Hirsches indicated in their motion for oral argument that the Commissioner opposes the motion. We will order the Commissioner to file a response to the motion for oral argument. It is therefore
ORDERED that the Commissioner shall, no later than Tuesday, September 6, 2022, file a response to the Hirsches' motion for oral argument.
