The reporter's record is overdue. The reporter's record was originally due February 12, 2024. On February 12, 2024, we directed court reporter Kimberly Xavier to file the reporter's record within thirty days. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed, and Ms. Xavier has not communicated with this Court concerning this appeal. The reporter's record is now ten weeks overdue.

Accordingly, we ORDER court reporter Kimberly Xavier to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal on or before APRIL 18, 2024. We caution Ms. Xavier that should she fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Audra Riley, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 3; Kimberly Xavier, Official Court Reporter, Criminal District Court No. 3; and counsel for all parties.
