Hines v. Philip Morris

Supreme Court of Florida
Jan 14, 2008
974 So. 2d 386 (Fla. 2008)

Opinion

No. SC04-2167.

January 14, 2008.

Lower Tribunal No(s). 4D02-941.

Upon review of the petitioners' response to this Court's order to show cause dated January 8, 2007, respondent's reply thereto, and portions of the file and record deemed necessary to reflect jurisdiction under Article V, Section 3(b), Florida Constitution, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied. All pending motions are denied as moot.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).

LEWIS, C.J., and WELLS, ANSTEAD, QUINCE, and BELL, JJ., concur.
