This case was on the Court's January 25, 2021 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. The parties have settled all the issues except for the amount of unreimbursed employee business expenses that Ms. Hilton may deduct. The Court recently had a call with the parties and learned that there has been no progress in settling this one remaining issue. It is therefore
