On April 29, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation at Docket Index No. 011. On the same day, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulation Decision at Docket Index No. 012.

On May 12, 2022, the parties filed a second Settlement Stipulation at Docket Index No. 016. On the same day, the parties filed a second Proposed Stipulation Decision at Docket Index No. 015.

On May 20, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Strike, requesting therein that the Court strike the parties' Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulation Decision, each filed May 12, 2022.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Strike filed May 20, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that parties' second Settlement Stipulation filed May 12, 2022, at Docket Index No. 016 is hereby deemed stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulation Decision filed May 12, 2022, at Docket Index No. 015 filed is hereby stricken from the record.
