Appeal from: Board of Tax Appeals, No. 2009-A-1069. This cause is pending before the court as an appeal from the Board of Tax Appeals.
It is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that this cause is consolidated with Supreme Court Case No. 2012–1016, South–Western City Schools Bd. of Edn. v. Franklin Cty. Bd. of Revision, for purposes of oral argument, and the oral argument before a master commissioner scheduled for March 26, 2013, is vacated. Oral argument will be rescheduled at a later date.
