ORDER
On July 19, 2019, the Court entered an order in the above-referenced cause, which stated, in part, as follows:
[I]t is hereby ORDERED that the trial court ensure that Appellant has the opportunity to fully examine the entire appellate record on or before , and it is FURTHER ORDERED that the trial court notify this Court as to the date upon which the appellate record was made available to Appellant.On July 22, 2019, the trial court signed a "Notice to the 12 Court of Appeals Regarding the Appellate Record Being Sent to the Defendant" stating that, on July 22, 2019, the record is being sent to the defendant.
On August 28, 2019, Appellant filed a pro se brief in this Court stating he did not receive the whole appellate record. After considering Appellant's pro se brief, the Court has this day entered the following additional order:
It is hereby ORDERED that the trial court provide Appellant access to the PSI in the above-referenced cause.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that the trial court ensure that Appellant has been provided such additional access not later than March 5, 2020.
It is FINALLY ORDERED that the trial court notify this Court as to the dates and the hours thereon during which the PSI was made available to Appellant.
Appellant shall have fifteen (15) days from the day the additional access is completed to file his appellate brief with this Court.
