ORDER

Section 22.011 of the Texas Penal Code defines "child" as "a person younger than 17 years of age." See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.011(c)(1) (West 2013). Appellant was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Id. § 22.021. In his brief, appellant refers to the victim and other children by name.

Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief filed June 16, 2017.

We ORDER appellant to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, amended briefs that identify the child victim and any children either generically ("victim") or by initials only.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Bethany Stephens and the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
