Petitioner's petition for belated appeal is denied as untimely. See Fla. R.App. P. 90141(c)(5). This court has also considered this proceeding as a petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel which is likewise denied as untimely. SeeFla. R.App. P. 9.141(d)(5).

The petitioner's motion to supplement is granted to the extent that the supplemental documents have been considered.
