Upon consideration, appellant's motion to appeal filed on April 2, 2012 is treated as a response to appellee's motion to dismiss, and is accepted by the Court.

Appellee's motion to dismiss appeal for lack of jurisdiction is granted, and this appeal from Miami–Dade County School board is hereby dismissed.
