Montanique D. Hill, Appellant v. EC Marshall, LLC, Appellee

FROM THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF TRAVIS COUNTY NO. C-1-CV-23-000473, THE HONORABLE ERIC SHEPPERD, JUDGE PRESIDING

Before Justices Baker, Triana, and Smith

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Edward Smith, Justice

Appellant's brief was due in this Court on July 26, 2023. Appellant did not file her brief on said date. On August 8, 2023, we notified Appellant that her brief was overdue and that she must file her brief or a motion for extension of time to file her brief on or before August 18, 2023. The notice advised appellant that her failure to comply with the request could result in the dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. To date, appellant has not filed a motion for extension of time or her appellant's brief. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
