ORDER

On September 23, 2021, this case was remanded to IRS's Appeals Office for further consideration. On December 21, 2021, respondent's counsel filed a status report stating therein that the additional administrative hearing is now complete. Respondent attached a copy of the Supplemental Notice of Determination (SNOD) to the status report filed with the Court and states that petitioner does not agree that all of the facts set for forth in the SNOD are accurate.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the undersigned no longer retains jurisdiction over this case and is restored to the general docket.
