ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

On March 26, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report regarding the present status of the related bankruptcy proceeding. Therein, respondent advises that, following the conversion of petitioner's Chapter 11 proceeding to a Chapter 7 proceeding, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland entered an order of discharge on February 7, 2024, granting a discharge to petitioner under 11 U.S.C. section 727. See 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(2)(C).

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the stay in this case is lifted, and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course.
