This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, set for trial during the Atlanta, Georgia, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on February 5, 2024, is before the Court on the joint motion for continuance, filed January 18, 2024. Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion is set for hearing at the time, date and place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served September 29, 2023.

The Court is inclined to grant the motion. The hearing will focus on the future actions the parties intend to take to prepare the case for trial or to resolve it without the need for one.
