Upon due consideration of the Motion To Add Small Tax Case Designation, filed December 29, 2022, by petitioner in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's just-referenced motion is granted in that the docket number of this case is amended by adding the letter "S" thereto, which shall now read "Docket No. 23991-22S", and the Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a "small tax case". It is further

ORDERED that the place of trial for any proceedings in this case shall be changed to Wichita, Kansas.
