This case is calendared on the Court's December 19, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On October 19, 2022, respondent filed a motion for summary judgment. By Order served October 21, 2022, we directed petitioner to respond to this motion no later than November 21, 2022. On November 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. We will grant respondent's Motion for Continuance and retain jurisdiction over this case to address respondent's motion for summary judgment and petitioner's forthcoming response. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed November 15, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's December 19, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
