PER CURIAM.
Previously, we set this cause for submission on briefs. On further consideration, we withdraw the September 12, 2023 submission date. See Tex. R. App. P. 39.1.
We set this cause for submission by oral argument on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., before a panel consisting of Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Beth Watkins, and Justice Lori I. Valenzuela. See Tex. R. App. P. 39.8.
Oral argument will be held in-person at the Fourth Court of Appeals. Any participant who wishes to appear virtually must submit a request to the court within ten days of the date of this order. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 21d(b).
