HILCO RECEIVABLES, L.L.C., Appellant/Cross-Appellee v. Pedro A. QUINONES, Appellee/Cross-Appellant

From the County Court At Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 333407

Honorable Irene Rios, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant's brief was originally due August 22, 2013; however, the court granted appellant an extension of time until September 23, 2013. On that date, appellant filed a motion asking for a further two-week extension of time to file the brief.

We grant the motion and order appellant's brief due October 7, 2013. Appellant is advised that no further extensions of time will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances that also provides the court reasonable assurance the brief will be completed and filed by the requested extended deadline.
