ORDER
The Court hereby REFERS the matter of the parties' Joint Motion for Final Approval of Stipulation of Settlement of Class Action, Class Counsel Attorney's Fees and Costs, and Dismissal to MAGISTRATE JUDGE NORAH McCANN KING for a REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. As previously noticed, the HEARING will be conducted on January 15, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. in Courtroom No. 2, located on the third floor of the Kinneary United States District Courthouse.
