ORDER
For good cause shown, Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of time to file his Reply to Defendants' Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion to Preserve Evidence or to Withdraw his Motion to Preserve Evidence is hereby granted. No later than January 9, 2004, Plaintiff will either withdraw his November 20, 2003 Motion to Preserve Evidence or file a Reply in support of that Motion.
