APPEAL ERROR — MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL AND TO STAY BRIEFING SCHEDULE GRANTED — COUNSEL APPOINTED. — The supreme court granted the motion of appellant's attorney to withdraw as counsel, appointed new counsel, and directed the clerk to set a new briefing schedule.
