Robert Hickey appeals the trial court's denial of his petition for a writ of mandamus. We treat the appeal as a petition for a writ of certiorari. Sheley v. Florida Parole Comm'n, 703 So.2d 1202 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997), review granted, Case No. 92,260 (Fla. May 19, 1998). The petition is denied.
