Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application for assignment of counsel to respondent LINDA HH. is granted. Erin K. Hayner, Esq., 704 Union Street, Schenectady, NY 12309, assigned to represent respondent upon this appeal pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 and it is further

ORDERED that counsel's time to file respondent's brief is extended to July 3, 2017.
