This case is calendared for trial on the Court's April 4, 2022, Memphis, Tennessee trial session. On March 14, 2022, respondent filed a status report which informs the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, Memphis, Tennessee trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 15, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
