Order of the County Court of Nassau county, vacating an order directing a tenant to pay rents to a receiver appointed in supplementary proceedings, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Carswell, Davis, Adel and Close JJ., concur.
