Present — Glennon, J.P., Cohn, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.


Assuming that the findings as to negligence were warranted, we fail to find any adequate support in the record for the amount of damages awarded plaintiff. Determination of the Appellate Term and the judgment of the City Court unanimously reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event. Settle order on notice.
