ORDER DISMISSING PETITION

This is a proper person emergency petition for writ of mandamus and writ of prohibition filed in this court on November 20, 2012, without payment of the requisite filing fee. On that same day, this court issued a notice directing petitioner to pay the filing fee within 10 days or this matter would be dismissed. To date, petitioner has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's notice. Cause appearing, this petition is dismissed.

It is so ORDERED.
