ORDER
On July 9, 2013, we ordered appellant to file her brief by August 8, 2013, and advised appellant that no further extensions of time would be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances and that the appeal would be dismissed if the brief was not filed by the date ordered.
The brief was not filed; instead, on August 9, appellant filed another motion for extension of time to file her brief. Appellant asserts she has requested the trial court clerk to include two additional documents in a supplemental record, and asks for an extension of time until three business days after the supplemental record is filed in this court.
We deny the motion. We order appellant's brief must be received and filed in this court no later than 4:00 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2013. The mailbox rule will not apply. The brief may refer to the documents to be included in the requested supplemental record. If the brief is not filed by the date ordered, the appeal will be dismissed for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a).
We further order the clerk of this court to send copies of this order to appellant's counsel by e-mail and by facsimile transmission, as well as by first class United States mail.
