ORDER
The trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law were signed July 1, 2013, and are included in a supplemental clerk's record filed on July 3, 2013. We reinstate the appeal on the docket of this court and order Helen Herrera's brief due August 8, 2013. Appellant is advised that no further extensions of time to file appellant's brief will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances. If appellant's brief is not filed by the date ordered, the court may dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a).
