ORDER OF REASSIGNMENT


Because it appears that this action is subject to dismissal and because Respondent has not consented to the jurisdiction of a magistrate judge, the Court will re-assign this case to a United States District Judge. The Court has conferred with the Clerk of Court, who has reassigned the case to the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill, Chief United States District Judge for the District of Idaho.

ORDER

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter be reassigned to the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill, Chief United States District Judge, for all further proceedings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the case number of this action is changed to CV02-056-S-BLW. The parties shall use this case number on all future filings.
