ORDER
The reporter's record, due October 28, 2016, was filed that day. A review of the reporter's record reveals that two exhibits are missing; specifically defendant's exhibits #7 CD with Medical Records and #9 CD with Medical Records. The exhibits filed are photocopies of the physical CDs. Because a photocopy of a CD does not provide any of the information contained on the CD, we ORDER court reporter Lisabeth L. Kellett to file a supplemental reporter's record containing physical copies of defendant's exhibits #7 CD with Medical Records and #9 CD with Medical Records no later than November 10, 2016.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Teresa Hawthorne, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; Lisabeth L. Kellett, court reporter, and to counsel for all parties.
